Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling guidance to luxury clientele
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster brand loyalty and repeat business
- Execute point-of-sale transactions with precision and attention to detail
- Remain conversant with current product collections, brand heritage, and promotional initiatives
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets
- Maintain an immaculate appearance and presentation standards consistent with brand expectations
- Participate actively in visual merchandising and store maintenance responsibilities
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred
