Van Cleef & Arpels hiring Sales Associate in Boston. $24.04/hr, commission eligible, luxury jewelry retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals by delivering exceptional, personalized service to boutique clients
- Develop and cultivate long-term client relationships through curated clienteling and relationship management
- Attend community social functions and boutique events to generate new business and engage prospective clients
- Oversee CRM initiatives including client data capture and accuracy, event communication, gifting campaigns, and clientele reporting
- Maintain daily boutique presentation through morning display setup and evening breakdown
- Travel as required to support business development and client engagement activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification
- Strong ability to develop lasting client relationships in a fast-paced luxury environment
- Natural curiosity for people and demonstrated commitment to exceptional service
- Effective communication skills both in person and in writing
- Valid work authorization for employment in the USA

Experience
7 years of experience in luxury retail, jewelry sales, or client-facing roles within a high-end environment
