Cartier seeks a Sales Associate in Boston to achieve sales targets, build client relationships, and deliver exceptional service in luxury jewelry and watches retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management
- Deliver outstanding and exceptional customer service with outstanding product knowledge, greeting and acknowledging every customer
- Adapt sales approach according to client needs and motivations, negotiate objections effectively
- Assist after-sales clients in accordance with Maison values and provide recommendations for exceptional experiences
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and Maison-specific CRM initiatives
- Accurately capture and maintain client data for follow-up and relationship building using available tools
- Resolve client issues appropriately and escalate to management as needed
- Support in-store and offsite events, networking activities, and client engagement initiatives
- Understand and comply with all security and operational policies for the Group, Maison and boutique
- Assist with daily set-up and breakdown, merchandising, display maintenance, and inventory management
- Participate actively in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to ensure successful audits
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality environment
- General knowledge of timepiece movements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities
- Strong attention to detail with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision

Education
College degree preferred.
