Cartier Sales Associate position in Boca Raton, Florida. Achieve sales targets, build client relationships, and drive luxury retail excellence for Richemont.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management while serving as an active ambassador of the Cartier Maison
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, including greeting, product consultation, sales negotiation, and after-sales support in accordance with Maison values
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships through consistent CRM engagement, accurately capturing client data and participating in in-store and offsite events
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of timepiece movements, industry news, and competitive landscape to inform client consultations
- Execute daily boutique operations including store setup and breakdown, merchandising display maintenance, back-stock organization, and inventory management
- Participate in cycle counts and annual inventory audits, assist with price changes and special projects, and maintain compliance with all Group, Maison, and boutique security and operational policies
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments
- General knowledge of timepiece movements and luxury goods
- Proficiency with MS Office and internet technologies
- SAP experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work flexibly within retail hours, including weekends and availability for training and client events
