Cartier Sales Associate in Boca Raton, Florida | Richemont luxury retail position requiring 2–5 years experience
Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management
- Provide outstanding customer service through greeting, acknowledging every customer, and maintaining exceptional standards before, during, and after purchase
- Develop and maintain comprehensive client portfolios, capturing client data accurately for relationship building and follow-up
- Assist after-sales clients in accordance with Maison values and serve as a referent for exceptional client experiences
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships through service excellence and Maison-specific CRM initiatives
- Partner with management to develop client support plans and participate in in-store and offsite events
- Resolve client issues appropriately and escalate to management as needed
- Remain current on industry news and competitive landscape
- Comply with all security, operational, and Group policies and procedures
- Assist with daily boutique setup, breakdown, maintenance of displays and back-stock
- Participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to ensure successful audits
- Support special projects including price changes and back office responsibilities
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments
- General knowledge of timepiece movements
- Proficiency with MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong understanding of customer service priorities and internal/external customer needs
- Strong attention to detail with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends and travel for trainings and events
