Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals through exceptional in-person and consultative service in a luxury boutique environment
- Develop and maintain a network of loyal clients through personalized engagement and follow-up
- Attend social functions and in-boutique events to generate new business and expand clientele
- Oversee CRM initiatives including client data capture, accuracy verification, novelty communications, event invitations, gifting campaigns, and clientele reporting
- Manage daily display setup and breakdown while maintaining the aesthetic integrity of the boutique
- Travel as required to support business development and client engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification
- Seven years of professional experience in luxury retail or jewelry sales
- Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture long-term client relationships
- Natural aptitude for interpersonal engagement and service excellence
