Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalized service to high-net-worth and discerning clients, cultivating long‑term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and contribute to store sales targets through proactive client engagement, tailored product advice and strategic clienteling.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems accurately, process transactions and handle customer documentation with discretion and attention to detail.
- Maintain boutique presentation standards: visual merchandising, stock replenishment, jewellery/case presentation and housekeeping of the sales floor.
- Support inventory control activities including stock counts, receiving and secure handling of merchandise.
- Assist with in‑store events, private appointments and client communications in coordination with store management and central teams.
Qualifications
- Polished professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills suited to luxury retail.
- Availability for part‑time hours including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
