Cartier Sales Associate position in Austin, Texas. Luxury retail role reporting to Sales Experience Manager, requiring 2–5 years experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional, personalized customer service aligned with Cartier brand standards
  • Cultivate new and existing client relationships through strategic CRM initiatives, accurate client data capture, and proactive follow-up; partner with management to develop individualized client engagement plans
  • Provide comprehensive pre- and post-sale support, including after-sales service, product recommendations, and issue resolution; escalate complex concerns to management as appropriate
  • Participate in daily boutique operations including setup, breakdown, merchandise displays, stock management, inventory cycles, and security compliance
  • Remain current on industry trends, competitor activity, and Maison initiatives; support in-store and offsite events, client networking activities, and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality
  • General knowledge of timepiece movements and luxury jewelry
  • Proficiency with MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred
  • Fluent English; multilingual capabilities a strong asset
  • Ability to work retail hours including weekends and travel for training and client events
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience
