Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high‑touch client service to local and international clientele, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive prospecting, clienteling and appointment management.
  • Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across relevant maisons and collections; present merchandise with attention to storytelling and provenance.
  • Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, window presentation, stock replenishment, pricing integrity and inventory accuracy.
  • Process sales transactions, after‑sales services and repairs; manage cash handling and POS transactions according to company procedures.
  • Record and update client data in the CRM, follow up on leads, and coordinate with store management for special orders and client requests.
  • Ensure compliance with loss‑prevention, brand security and regulatory requirements when handling high‑value goods.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to provide discreet, consultative service in a luxury retail environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; polished presentation and professional demeanour.
  • Strong numeracy and cash handling reliability.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays; willingness to support event and trunk‑show schedules.

Experience
