Sales Associate role at Richemont luxury boutique in Athens—EUR 26K–34K plus commission. Fluent English and Italian required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional and personalized client experiences across all sale stages—welcome, discovery, consultancy, negotiation, and post-sale engagement
- Master consultative selling techniques, adapting approach to client needs and motivations whilst conveying the Maison's passion and heritage
- Develop and cultivate a loyal client portfolio through proactive outreach, relationship management, and targeted CRM actions
- Participate in boutique client events and VIP experiences as an Ambassador of the Maison
- Execute daily boutique operations including inventory management, opening and closing procedures, and visual merchandising implementation
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets, both quantitative and qualitative
- Provide seamless after-sales support and act as the primary client contact for related inquiries
- Handle client negotiations and objections with poise and professionalism
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or hospitality sector
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and client-centric mindset
- Team-player mentality with collaborative approach
- Understanding of luxury clientele and high-end product knowledge preferred

Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality sector is required.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further qualifications in luxury retail, hospitality management, or customer service preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 26,000 to EUR 34,000 per annum.
