Richemont Sales Associate in Athens: luxury jewelry and watches retail role with €26–34K salary plus commission and meal vouchers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure a unique and exceptional client experience during each sale, mastering the complete sales process from welcome through discovery, persuasion, closure, and follow-up
- Adapt sales approach according to individual client needs and motivations, consistently exceeding expectations
- Cultivate strong client relationships and develop portfolio loyalty through personalized engagement and after-sales support
- Execute targeted CRM actions and participate in client events as an ambassador of the Maison
- Meet individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative
- Respect all brand and boutique policies; participate in inventories, visual merchandising implementation, and boutique setup/breakdown
- Assist with special projects and daily operations as required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or luxury retail sector
- Fluent in English and Greek
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and client needs
- Team-player mentality with a service-oriented approach
