Van Cleef & Arpels Sales Associate in Aspen—luxury jewelry retail role with CRM and clienteling responsibilities. Commission eligible, $24.04/hr base.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals by delivering exceptional personalized service to clientele
- Attend community social functions and in-boutique events to generate new business and cultivate client networks
- Oversee CRM initiatives including client data capture, accuracy verification, novelty communications, event invitations, and clientele reporting
- Execute display setup each morning and breakdown each evening while maintaining boutique aesthetic standards
- Travel as required to support business development and client engagement activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification
- 7 years of relevant sales or jewelry retail experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and client data management
