Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and after-sales service delivery
- Drive sales performance and serve as a role model whilst nurturing client relationships to generate leads and build lasting connections
- Uphold boutique operational standards and execute after-sales procedures with meticulous attention to detail
- Participate in off-site events and clienteling activities to strengthen customer engagement
