Richemont is hiring an ACT Sales Associate in Miami Design District — boutique retail role focused on client service, training and sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, bespoke client experience consistent with luxury brand standards; build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling, merchandising and strategic upselling.
- Participate fully in the Academy for Commercial Talent (ACT) curriculum and apply classroom learning to the sales floor.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, manage cash handling and complete sales administration with attention to detail.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards; manage stockroom organisation and assist with inventory and replenishment processes.
- Collaborate with the boutique team and regional management to support events, private client appointments and local marketing initiatives.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, compliance and brand security procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education or retail qualification preferred.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-facing presence.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Willingness to participate in a structured training programme and to progress within a luxury retail career.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail or luxury customer-facing experience preferred but not required. Candidates should demonstrate customer service aptitude and a passion for luxury goods; the ACT programme provides structured training for development.
Education
