Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, bespoke client experience consistent with luxury brand standards; build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling, merchandising and strategic upselling.
  • Participate fully in the Academy for Commercial Talent (ACT) curriculum and apply classroom learning to the sales floor.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, manage cash handling and complete sales administration with attention to detail.
  • Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards; manage stockroom organisation and assist with inventory and replenishment processes.
  • Collaborate with the boutique team and regional management to support events, private client appointments and local marketing initiatives.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention, compliance and brand security procedures at all times.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education or retail qualification preferred.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-facing presence.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Willingness to participate in a structured training programme and to progress within a luxury retail career.

Experience
