Richemont seeks a Sales Associate (ACT) for Ala Moana, Honolulu — entry‑level luxury retail role focused on clienteling, sales and the Academy for Commercial Talent.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to store KPIs and conversion metrics.
- Complete the Academy for Commercial Talent (ACT) training curriculum and apply learnings to daily selling and product presentations.
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge across relevant maisons and convey brand heritage and technical details to clients.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions accurately and maintain client records in the CRM.
- Support visual merchandising standards, ensure boutique presentation aligns with brand guidelines and assist with stock replenishment.
- Provide high‑quality after‑sales care including returns handling, repairs coordination and client communications.
- Collaborate with boutique colleagues and management to maintain smooth store operations, inventory integrity and loss‑prevention practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in retail, hospitality, or business preferred.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Polished professional presentation and excellent interpersonal communication.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
- Demonstrated commercial orientation, numeracy and attention to transactional accuracy.
Skills
Experience
Entry‑level to 2 years of retail or customer‑facing experience; prior exposure to luxury or premium brands is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of achieving sales targets or excellent customer service outcomes.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary qualification in retail, hospitality, merchandising or business is desirable but not mandatory.
