Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.

  • Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions accurately and maintain client records in the CRM.
  • Support visual merchandising standards, ensure boutique presentation aligns with brand guidelines and assist with stock replenishment.
  • Provide high‑quality after‑sales care including returns handling, repairs coordination and client communications.
  • Collaborate with boutique colleagues and management to maintain smooth store operations, inventory integrity and loss‑prevention practices.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in retail, hospitality, or business preferred.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Polished professional presentation and excellent interpersonal communication.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
  • Demonstrated commercial orientation, numeracy and attention to transactional accuracy.
