Richemont seeks a Sales Associate (ACT program) in Boston to join its luxury retail team, delivering personalised client service and commercial excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Participate fully in the Academy for Commercial Talent curriculum, applying classroom learning to daily boutique operations.
- Achieve and contribute to commercial objectives and KPIs through upselling, cross-selling and conversion improvement.
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge across relevant categories (e.g. watches, jewellery, leather goods) to advise clients confidently.
- Support merchandising standards, visual presentation and stock management to uphold the maison’s brand aesthetic.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and ensure compliance with after-sales and service procedures.
- Collaborate with store colleagues and regional teams on client events, private appointments and CRM-driven initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, luxury management, hospitality or related field preferred.
- Professional, polished presentation and the ability to represent a luxury maison with discretion and cultural sensitivity.
- Right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to support boutique trading hours and client events.

Experience
Entry-level position: ideal candidates will have 0–2 years of customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or luxury environments; prior luxury or high-end retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory given the Academy training.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
