Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Participate fully in the Academy for Commercial Talent curriculum, applying classroom learning to daily boutique operations.
  • Achieve and contribute to commercial objectives and KPIs through upselling, cross-selling and conversion improvement.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge across relevant categories (e.g. watches, jewellery, leather goods) to advise clients confidently.
  • Support merchandising standards, visual presentation and stock management to uphold the maison’s brand aesthetic.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and ensure compliance with after-sales and service procedures.
  • Collaborate with store colleagues and regional teams on client events, private appointments and CRM-driven initiatives.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, luxury management, hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Professional, polished presentation and the ability to represent a luxury maison with discretion and cultural sensitivity.
  • Right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to support boutique trading hours and client events.

Experience
