Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience consistent with maison standards; greet clients, qualify needs and build long-term relationships.
- Achieve and report on individual sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and cross-selling across product categories.
- Maintain deep, up-to-date product knowledge across the maison’s assortment and communicate technical and provenance details clearly to clients.
- Manage transactions and daily cash handling using the store POS; ensure accurate record‑keeping and compliance with sales procedures.
- Support visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards; implement window and in‑store displays as directed by VM guidelines.
- Execute inventory control tasks including stock transfers, cycle counts and reconciliation with back‑office systems.
- Coordinate after‑sales service and repairs with maison service centres; handle client enquiries and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the boutique team and regional management to share market feedback and support local initiatives and events.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for luxury retail selling; prior experience with premium watches, jewellery or luxury accessories preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and discretion with high‑net‑worth clients.
- Strong numeracy and proven ability to work with POS systems and basic sales reporting.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
- Attention to detail, professional presentation and adherence to brand compliance and loss‑prevention policies.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–3 years of frontline retail experience in luxury goods or premium services; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering personalised client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in retail, hospitality, business or luxury management is advantageous but not mandatory.
