Role & Responsibilities

• Support Sales Associates throughout the sales journey, including product preparation, stock runs, gift-wrapping, packaging, and documentation
• Manage client flow by assisting with appointments, welcoming waiting clients, and coordinating hospitality arrangements
• Prepare and maintain sales tools and materials, including packaging, stationery, and display accessories
• Support post-sale operational tasks, including follow-up preparation and supplies replenishment
• Ensure constant boutique cleanliness, tidiness, and operational readiness in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas
• Manage stock organization and replenishment according to internal procedures, including receiving, re-stocking, labelling, and packing materials control
• Actively participate in team briefings, meetings, events, and annual inventory counts as required
• Maintain and promote security protocols and compliance at all times
• Record and report key operational information in Maison systems
• Support visual merchandising standards, including displays, furnishings, and routine maintenance of fixtures

Qualifications

• Associate degree (AAS) or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Service-minded with strong empathy and willingness to learn
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration ability
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of client treatment
• Proficiency in multitasking within a fast-paced retail environment

Skills

Experience

First professional experience preferably gained in retail, hospitality, or customer service. Luxury or high-end sector experience is advantageous.

Education

Associate degree (AAS) or Bachelor's degree preferred
