Richemont Sales Assistant position in Pangyo, South Korea. Support luxury boutique operations and client experiences in a full-time entry-level role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Sales Associates throughout the sales journey, including product preparation, stock runs, gift-wrapping, packaging, and documentation
- Manage client flow through appointment coordination, hospitality setup, and waitlist management
- Prepare and maintain sales tools, materials, packaging, stationery, and display accessories
- Maintain boutique cleanliness, tidiness, and readiness in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas
- Support stock organization, receiving, re-stocking, labelling, and packing materials control according to internal procedures
- Assist with visual merchandising, supporting display standards and conducting routine checks on fixtures and furnishings
- Participate actively in team briefings, meetings, events, and inventory counts
- Apply and promote security rules and operational best practices
- Record and report key operational information in Maison systems
Qualifications
- Associate degree (AAS) or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Service-minded with strong empathy and willingness to learn
- First professional experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Skills
Experience
First professional experience preferably gained in retail, hospitality, or customer service; luxury and high-end sector experience is a plus.
Education
Minimum Associate degree (AAS) or Bachelor's degree holder preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Pangyo, Gyeonggi, South Korea, with easy access to Seoul.
