Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver attentive, personalised service to clients in a luxury boutique environment, handling enquiries and assisting throughout the sales process.
  • Support the sales team with clienteling activities: maintaining client records, preparing follow-up communications and assisting with CRM updates.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions accurately and manage receipts and returns according to maison standards.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and housekeeping to ensure the boutique reflects brand guidelines and seasonal displays.
  • Receive and unpack deliveries, perform stock counts and help maintain inventory accuracy and back‑of‑house organisation.
  • Contribute to store events and private client appointments, including preparing presentation materials and coordinating logistics.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and assist management with ad‑hoc administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a recognised undergraduate or postgraduate programme in business, luxury management, fashion retail or a related discipline and eligible for a French convention de stage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude and an aptitude for personalised client engagement.
  • Professional presentation, discretion and the ability to represent a high-end maison with refinement.
  • Basic numeracy and accuracy for cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by boutique operations.
