Sales Assistant position at Richemont boutique in Athens; EUR 21K–23K annually with meal vouchers and commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients at boutique entrance and ensure exceptional first impression, seating arrangements, and provision of amenities such as beverages and reading materials
- Manage client waiting times by communicating estimated durations and coordinating with available Sales Associates
- Retrieve and return merchandise pieces for Sales Associates during client interactions
- Provide discrete assistance during sales transactions including coordination with stock personnel, cashiers, and valets
- Execute gift wrapping services and arrange transportation (taxi) for clients upon departure
- Participate in inventory management and price labeling activities
- Contribute to boutique setup and breakdown at opening and closing
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines and ensure boutique, windows, and counters maintain pristine presentation
- Order and coordinate boutique supplies including bags, beverages, marketing materials, and office facilities
- Support after-sales services without handling payment transactions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality sector or luxury retail environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail and focus on customer needs
- Collaborative team-player mentality
- Fluency in English and Greek
