Role & Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide personalized styling guidance
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Support senior sales staff with customer relationship management and follow-up
- Contribute to achieving sales targets through proactive customer engagement
Qualifications
- Proven retail or customer service experience
