Richemont is hiring a Sales & Operations Executive in Dubai to coordinate sales operations and drive retail performance across the region.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support and drive sales performance by translating commercial objectives into operational actions across retail and wholesale channels.
  • Coordinate order management, stock replenishment and inventory control between boutiques, regional distribution centres and commercial teams to ensure in-stock availability and optimal product flow.
  • Produce and analyse weekly and monthly sales and operations KPIs, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions to meet revenue and margin targets.
  • Liaise with merchandising, client services, logistics and finance to resolve supply chain or sales bottlenecks and to align on promotions, launches and sell-through plans.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with brand visual, customer service and commercial policies.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects to improve operational efficiency, including process redesign, systems rollouts and commercial planning initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
  • Proven experience in luxury retail or wholesale sales operations, ideally within watches, jewelry or premium fashion.
  • Strong analytical capability with demonstrated experience producing and interpreting commercial and operational metrics.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to brand standards and customer experience excellence.
