Richemont seeks Sales & Operations Coordinator in Dubai to support Vhernier boutique operations across UAE; part-time role with SAP expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to Vhernier boutiques across the UAE
- Support stock movements, transfers, receipts and returns within SAP
- Assist with stock counts, inventory checks and follow-up on stock discrepancies
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with boutiques, logistics teams, suppliers and headquarters
- Follow up on deliveries, shipment documentation and operational timelines
- Create and follow up on Purchase Orders in SAP and maintain supporting documentation
- Coordinate supplier quotations, invoices and general supplier follow-up
- Support boutique requirements including packaging, stationery, uniforms and operational supplies
- Maintain trackers for shipments, orders, projects and other operational activities
- Assist with boutique openings, renovations and retail projects
- Support regular sales, stock and operational reporting
- Liaise with internal Richemont teams including Finance, Logistics, IT, Procurement and Security
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Good Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deadlines
- Good communication skills and confidence working with internal teams and external suppliers
- Proactive, practical and willing to support across different areas of the business

Experience
Experience in retail operations, sales operations, logistics, supply chain or a similar role. Experience within a similar position in luxury retail, jewelry, fashion or a premium retail environment is preferred.
