Richemont is hiring a Sales & CRM Coordinator in London to manage clienteling, CRM campaigns and boutique sales support for its maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end CRM activity for London retail operations, including campaign setup, segmentation, scheduling and performance tracking.
  • Maintain and enrich the client database to support personalised clienteling and VIP outreach, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation integrity.
  • Produce regular sales and CRM performance reports and dashboards to inform boutique managers and central stakeholders on KPIs and campaign ROI.
  • Liaise between boutiques, regional sales teams and central marketing to implement promotions, loyalty programs and bespoke client events.
  • Support boutique sales teams with lead management, appointment scheduling and follow-up processes to maximise conversion and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with data-protection requirements (e.g., GDPR) across all CRM processes and advise on best-practice consent management.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies, contributing to CRM strategy and supporting local training on clienteling tools.

  • Proven experience working with CRM processes in luxury retail or premium service environments.
