Richemont Sales Ambassador role in Hong Kong SAR – luxury retail, client engagement, premium sales experience required
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative sales services to discerning clientele, identifying and fulfilling luxury purchasing objectives
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized communication and tailored product recommendations
- Achieve individual and team sales targets whilst maintaining premium service standards
- Represent the brand values and aesthetic through professional appearance, comportment, and market presence
- Support visual merchandising initiatives and contribute to an elevated in-store experience
Qualifications
- Demonstrable track record in luxury retail or high-end client-facing roles
- Sophisticated understanding of luxury brand positioning and clientele expectations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English and Cantonese
- Discretion, cultural awareness, and ability to engage with HNWI and celebrity clientele
- Strong commercial orientation with proven ability to achieve sales targets

3–5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, haute horlogerie, or premium fashion sectors
Education
