Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary client service and personalised styling advice to diverse international clientele at La Vallée Village.
- Proactively develop sales through personalised clienteling, product presentations and follow-up to build lasting relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs while contributing to store performance.
- Maintain expert product knowledge and communicate brand heritage, craftsmanship and collection narratives to clients.
- Support daily store operations including visual merchandising standards, stock management, POS transactions and loss-prevention procedures.
- Participate in store events, launches and seasonal promotions to maximise footfall and conversion.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain boutique standards, ensure smooth handovers and contribute to a high-performing team environment.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably in luxury goods, fashion or accessories.
- Strong sense of style with demonstrated ability to advise and create complete looks for clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-facing manner.
- Commercial mindset with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and seasonal peaks; fluency in French preferred and business-level English desirable.

Experience
Minimum one year of direct retail experience; prior experience in luxury or premium-brand environments and styling/personal-shopping roles is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or diploma in fashion, retail or visual merchandising preferred.
