Richemont is hiring a Client Advisor in Singapore. Deliver luxury service, drive sales and cultivate client relationships for a leading maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver highly personalised, discreet client service in a boutique environment to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling across product categories.
- Maintain exceptional standards of product presentation and visual merchandising in line with maison guidelines.
- Manage transactional duties accurately, including POS operations, cash handling and sales reconciliation.
- Capture and update client data in the CRM to support targeted clienteling, after-sales service and event outreach.
- Coordinate with the store team and brand support functions on stock management, inventory replenishment and client orders.
- Provide knowledgeable product advice, articulating brand heritage, craftsmanship and technical features to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably within luxury watches, jewellery or premium accessories.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-first mindset and polished presentation.
- Ability to manage confidential client information with discretion and professionalism.
- Legal authorization to work in Singapore.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of direct retail sales experience, ideally within the luxury sector (watches, jewellery or leather goods). Demonstrable experience in clienteling and achieving sales targets is preferred.
Education
Secondary education completion is required; tertiary qualification in retail, hospitality, business or a luxury-related discipline is advantageous.
