Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales turnover targets in alignment with Maison commercial and sales strategy
- Deliver exceptional, audacious, and memorable customer experiences through personalized service and consultation
- Maintain the highest standards of personal appearance and embody the Maison's brand identity and values
- Greet and assist customers via in-boutique, telephone, email, and written correspondence according to established protocols
- Build and expand the boutique's customer portfolio by capturing qualitative customer data and cultivating lasting relationships
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain pristine boutique aesthetics and organization
- Provide customer support during transactions, including gift-wrapping, stock retrieval, and payment processing
- Participate actively in team meetings, contests, promotional events, and annual inventory counts
- Support fellow team members with customer service, gift-wrapping, and operational tasks as needed
- Perform designated tasks assigned by boutique management, including restocking, display upkeep, and accessory maintenance
- Uphold and promote security policies and protocols across all boutique operations
- Maintain accurate knowledge of inventory systems and report key information to management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree (전문학사) or Bachelor's degree (학사) minimum
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the luxury and high-end retail sector
- Fluency in Korean; proficiency in Chinese and English highly preferred
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of luxury goods and product expertise

Experience
