Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized product consultations in a luxury retail environment
  • Build and maintain client relationships through attentive engagement and product expertise
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance objectives
  • Maintain detailed product knowledge across Montblanc's writing instruments, leather goods, and accessories collection
  • Process transactions accurately and professionally
