Chloé Sales Stylist position in Paris, France. Brand ambassador role combining client advisory, CRM management, and retail operations for luxury fashion maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term client relationships, demonstrating pride in the Chloé brand and Richemont values
- Serve as client relationship owner by managing CRM targets, capturing and maintaining comprehensive client data, and building deep knowledge of the customer portfolio including VVICs and VICs
- Implement personalized outreach campaigns and utilize all available clienteling tools to complete CRM tasks within established timeframes
- Maximize omnichannel business performance by leveraging all available services and channels to drive sales growth
- Monitor and actively work toward individual and store sales targets, KPIs, and CRM metrics while remaining aware of competitor activity and local trading environment
- Ensure impeccable store environment by maintaining visual merchandising standards, organizing back-of-house operations, managing stock, and supporting colleagues and managers
- Proactively communicate structural repair needs to Store Director or Associate Store Director to preserve the luxury retail environment at all times
- Complete all store and back-of-house management guidelines, participate in inventory initiatives, and support after-sales services with consistent follow-up
- Actively participate in all trainings and commercial activities as directed by Store Manager or Area Sales Manager
- Comply with all established Richemont policies and standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or client-facing advisory roles
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build lasting client relationships
- Experience with CRM systems and clienteling tools
- Knowledge of luxury fashion and contemporary design sensibilities
- Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken)

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury retail, client advisory, or related customer-facing roles within the fashion or accessories sector.
Education
Secondary education (Baccalauréat or equivalent); additional training in luxury retail, fashion, or business administration is advantageous.
