Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service and craft unique client experiences in the boutique, positioning the Maison's collections to an international clientele
- Demonstrate strong commercial initiative and acumen to actively recruit and develop new client relationships
- Embody and promote the Maison's image, values, refinement, and innovation both internally and externally
- Communicate the craftsmanship, elegance, and inspiration behind Van Cleef & Arpels' creations to enhance client appreciation
- Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, and boutique operations as required
- Contribute to the boutique team environment and support colleagues in delivering consistent excellence
Qualifications
- Confirmed experience in a fine jewelry or luxury watchmaking maison
- Fluent English (mandatory); proficiency in a third language highly desired
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
