Van Cleef & Arpels seeks Sales Advisor for Place Vendôme flagship boutique in Paris. Luxury jewelry retail role requiring English fluency and fine jewelry experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized guidance and product expertise to international clientele in a luxury boutique setting
- Champion the maison's brand values, heritage, and storytelling both internally and externally
- Actively cultivate new client relationships whilst nurturing existing clientele through consultative selling
- Transmit the elegance, refinement, and innovation that characterize the maison's creations
- Contribute to achieving sales objectives through consultative selling techniques and commercial acumen
- Participate in team-driven initiatives focused on client satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
- Confirmed experience in fine jewelry and/or luxury watchmaking retail
- Fluent English; proficiency in a third language highly desirable
- Sensitivity to fine jewelry, artisanal craftsmanship, and the heritage of luxury maisons
- Demonstrated excellence in high-end boutique sales environments with international clientele
- Strong personal presentation and refinement aligned with luxury positioning
