Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional and personalized shopping experience to international clientele, embodying the Maison's refinement, elegance, and innovative spirit
- Actively identify and develop relationships with new and existing clients to drive revenue and boutique traffic
- Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting Van Cleef & Arpels' image and values both internally and externally
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and proactive sales initiative in all client interactions
- Participate in boutique operations and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment
- Transmit comprehensive product knowledge and the artistic heritage of the Maison's creations to clients
Qualifications
- Fluent English language proficiency (mandatory)
- Confirmed experience within a prestigious jewelry or watchmaking maison
