Richemont seeks a Sales Advisor in Paris to deliver boutique luxury service, drive sales and cultivate high-value client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, white-glove service to high-net-worth and walk-in clients, building rapport and long-term relationships through proactive clienteling.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and upselling of watches, jewellery and related products.
- Master product knowledge and brand storytelling to present technical and heritage details with authority and elegance.
- Manage sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system; ensure compliance with payment, warranty and invoicing procedures.
- Maintain boutique presentation standards: visual merchandising, stock rotation, window displays and housekeeping of the selling floor.
- Support inventory control and stock intake processes, perform regular stock counts and liaise with back office for replenishment.
- Provide after-sales service including follow-up appointments, repairs coordination and record maintenance in the boutique CRM.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably within the luxury, watches or high-jewellery sector.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering measurable client retention.
- Polished personal presentation and excellent interpersonal skills appropriate for a high-end boutique environment.
- Strong numeracy and transactional accuracy for handling sales, returns and cash/card operations.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Legal authorization to work in France.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of direct retail sales experience; preference for candidates with prior exposure to luxury goods, watches or jewellery boutiques and evidence of individual sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or luxury brand management is advantageous.
