Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and develop long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and upselling of product ranges.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across the maison’s collections and communicate features, provenance and craftsmanship to clients.
- Manage daily boutique operations including point-of-sale transactions, stock handling, replenishment and accurate record-keeping.
- Uphold brand standards for visual merchandising, window presentation and in-boutique client experience.
- Coordinate private appointments, trunk shows and boutique events to cultivate new and existing client segments.
- Support after-sales service and liaise with repairs, warranty and client-care teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Adhere to loss-prevention procedures, cash-handling policies and all legal/regulatory compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-facing ability with a polished, service-oriented manner appropriate for luxury clientele.
- Demonstrable commercial awareness and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (luxury retail experience preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and manage high-net-worth client interactions.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
- High school diploma; further education in retail, hospitality or sales is advantageous.
