Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver bespoke, high-touch client service in a luxury boutique environment, proactively building long-term client relationships and repeat business.
- Convert footfall and booked appointments through personalised presentations, product storytelling and attentive clienteling.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across the maison’s range (materials, craft, movements and provenance) and translate technical details into compelling client narratives.
- Manage client files and follow-up activity accurately using boutique CRM processes to nurture leads and customer lifetime value.
- Operate point-of-sale and cash handling procedures with complete accuracy; ensure adherence to internal sales, delivery and returns protocols.
- Support stock control, merchandising and visual presentation to brand standards, including window and in-store displays as directed.
- Coordinate cross-functional activity with after‑sales, repairs and regional teams to ensure exceptional post‑purchase service.
- Contribute to store KPI attainment (sales, conversion, average transaction value) and assist with events or private client occasions as required.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail or premium customer-facing sales (typically 1–3 years preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-centred demeanour.
- Demonstrable ability to manage confidential client information and sensitive transactions with discretion.
- Fluency in Spanish and strong working proficiency in English; additional languages advantageous.
- Legal right to work in Mexico and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
