Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a personalised, high‑touch sales experience for luxury clientele, proactively building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and effective closing techniques.
  • Provide expert product knowledge across the maison's assortment, advising clients on features, craftsmanship and provenance.
  • Manage clienteling activities and CRM updates to nurture repeat business and track VIP preferences.
  • Operate POS terminals, process transactions and ensure accurate record‑keeping and after‑sales follow up.
  • Maintain boutique presentation to brand standards, including visual merchandising, stock rotation and display upkeep.
  • Contribute to inventory management, stock counts and loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Support boutique events, private appointments and product launches to enhance client experience and brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a client‑facing retail role; experience within luxury, watches or jewellery retail strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high‑end environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and advise high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Flexibility to work boutique hours, including weekends and evenings for events or peak trading periods.
  • Professional presentation and thorough attention to detail consistent with luxury brand standards.
