Montblanc Sales Associate, Mexico City Artz — temporary retail position in luxury writing instruments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences within the luxury writing instruments and accessories portfolio
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and highlight key features, craftsmanship, and heritage of Montblanc collections
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Maintain store presentation standards and ensure visual merchandising excellence
- Build client relationships and encourage repeat patronage through personalized service
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales targets
Qualifications
- Professional demeanor and elegant presentation befitting a luxury brand environment
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Prior retail or customer service experience in a luxury setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Skills
Experience
Retail or customer-facing experience in a luxury or upscale environment is preferred; equivalent experience demonstrating strong sales acumen and client service orientation is acceptable.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail or hospitality certification a plus.
