Richemont is hiring a Sales Advisor in Melbourne. Join a leading luxury maison to deliver personalised client service and achieve retail sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service that reflects the standards of a luxury maison and builds long-term relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive prospecting, clienteling and upselling.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across watch and/or jewellery collections to advise clients accurately and confidently.
  • Manage client records and follow-up activity using CRM and clienteling best practices to maximise repeat business.
  • Perform point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and compliantly.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and maintain the boutique presentation to brand guidelines.
  • Assist with stock management, inventory reconciliation and receiving/processing deliveries.
  • Participate in store events, trunk shows and private client appointments, including flexible hours (evenings/weekends) as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven aptitude for client-facing roles; previous experience in luxury or premium retail preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished professional presentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work to KPIs.
  • Right to work in Australia (must be eligible to work in Melbourne).
  • Availability to work a retail schedule including weekends and public holidays.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of customer-facing retail experience; experience within luxury watch or jewellery retail is advantageous.

Education
