Richemont seeks a Sales Advisor in Melbourne — represent a Richemont maison, drive boutique sales and deliver personalised luxury client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to affluent and discerning customers in a boutique environment, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, product presentation and strategic upselling.
  • Execute proactive clienteling activities: prospecting, appointment setting, follow-up communications and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Present merchandise to the highest luxury standards; ensure visual merchandising and store presentation comply with brand guidelines.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage transactions and maintain responsible cash and stock-handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with boutique colleagues and management to support inventory management, receiving, stock replenishment and loss-prevention practices.
  • Support after‑sales service and warranty processes, liaising with in-house service teams and central support when required.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, ideally within luxury watch, jewellery or premium accessories (1–3 years preferred).
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering outstanding client service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage high-net-worth clients.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays; right to work in Australia.
  • High degree of professional presentation, discretion and understanding of luxury customer expectations.
