Watchfinder & Co. seeks Sales Advisor in Marne-la-Vallée, France. Manage sales channels and develop strategies for luxury pre-owned watch sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex potential customer accounts, identifying and building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Set clear objectives for each sales call and deliver tailored presentations addressing customer interests, needs, and concerns
  • Cultivate a personal network within the business sector and represent the organization at industry events to obtain market intelligence
  • Configure complex product-and-services solutions and negotiate agreements within predefined commercial parameters
  • Manage and deliver pricing and terms projects, negotiating with external strategic partners
  • Control specific segments of the organization's business performance metrics to ensure strategic alignment with financial goals
  • Manage a portfolio of contracts and negotiate service-level agreements for major contracts
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the CRM system, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Implement and control compliance management for external partners within area of responsibility
  • Develop product education courses to meet identified business needs and performance requirements
  • Act as a subject matter expert in technology, policy, regulation, and operational management for the team
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company diversity and inclusion guidelines

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree or equivalent level of education
  • Extensive experience in sales channel management or business development
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex situations and advise others
  • Experience in general supervision of junior colleagues
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
