Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to luxury clientele visiting the Selfridges location
- Develop in-depth product knowledge across assigned categories to advise clients effectively
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Build lasting client relationships and maintain detailed records of customer preferences and purchase history
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
