Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized consultation and styling guidance to clients across product categories
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through attentive service and follow-up communication
- Achieve sales targets whilst maintaining the brand's luxury positioning and service standards
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and communicate the heritage and craftsmanship of collections
