Jaeger-LeCoultre Client Advisor position in Daegu at Shinsegae. Luxury watch consultancy and clienteling role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert product knowledge and consultation on Jaeger-LeCoultre timepieces to affluent clientele
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized service and follow-up communications
- Drive sales targets through sophisticated consultative selling techniques
- Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions and manage client data within the boutique management system
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in luxury retail or high-end clienteling
- Fluency in Korean and English
- Knowledge of luxury watches and Swiss watchmaking heritage preferred
- Refined communication skills and cultural sensitivity appropriate to ultra-high-net-worth individuals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining discretion and professionalism

Experience
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in luxury retail, watchmaking, or premium clienteling preferred.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary education in luxury management, business, or related field preferred.
