Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day sales administration including order entry, invoice processing and transaction validation.
- Maintain and update client and account records within the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection policies.
- Assist with stock reconciliation and coordination between boutiques, distribution centres and commercial teams.
- Prepare routine sales reports, KPI summaries and basic analyses for the sales and retail operations teams.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders — retail, logistics and finance — to resolve administrative queries and expedite customer requests.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects to optimise sales processes, documentation and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business Administration, Commerce, Fashion Business, Logistics or a related discipline.
- Strong numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail in handling transactional data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanour.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential client information.
- Demonstrable organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

No specific professional experience is required; previous internships or part‑time roles in retail, luxury, customer service or administrative functions are considered an asset.
Education
Enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business, Commerce, Fashion Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
