Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day sales administration including order entry, invoice processing and transaction validation.
  • Maintain and update client and account records within the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection policies.
  • Assist with stock reconciliation and coordination between boutiques, distribution centres and commercial teams.
  • Prepare routine sales reports, KPI summaries and basic analyses for the sales and retail operations teams.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders — retail, logistics and finance — to resolve administrative queries and expedite customer requests.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects to optimise sales processes, documentation and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business Administration, Commerce, Fashion Business, Logistics or a related discipline.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail in handling transactional data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanour.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential client information.
  • Demonstrable organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

No specific professional experience is required; previous internships or part‑time roles in retail, luxury, customer service or administrative functions are considered an asset.
