Richemont seeks S4HANA Transformation Technical Manager in Meyrin. Lead enterprise SAP implementation and digital transformation for luxury conglomerate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead technical architecture and design decisions for the S4HANA implementation across multiple business units
- Manage technical project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables in coordination with internal and external implementation partners
- Oversee system configuration, customization, and integration with existing enterprise applications
- Coordinate data migration planning and execution to ensure data integrity and system readiness
- Establish technical governance frameworks and change management protocols
- Conduct technical risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project team members and cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading enterprise SAP S4HANA implementations or major ERP transformation initiatives
- Strong technical knowledge of SAP S4HANA architecture, modules, and configuration
- Project management expertise with complex, multi-phase technical implementations
- Experience with system integration, data migration, and technical infrastructure planning
- Knowledge of luxury goods industry operations or similar complex, multi-jurisdictional business models preferred
Skills
Experience
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in SAP enterprise systems, technical project management, or ERP implementation, with at least 3–5 years directly managing S4HANA transformation programs or comparable large-scale digital initiatives.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; SAP technical certification (SAP Certified Associate or equivalent) preferred.
