Richemont seeks Riveting Machine Operator in Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland. Temporary role in luxury watchmaking manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform setup and adjustment procedures on Animex riveting machines
- Execute press-fitting and riveting operations on movement components according to strict Maison specifications
- Conduct functional control measurements including beat, hold, and friction assessments
- Maintain methodical workflow with attention to detail and precision under binocular microscope conditions
- Collaborate effectively within the manufacturing workshop team to ensure quality standards are consistently met
Qualifications
- Confirmed experience in riveting machine adjustment, ideally with Animex equipment
- Demonstrated expertise in watch movement assembly and pre-assembly operations
- Mastery of functional control measurement techniques and quality verification protocols
- Exceptional manual dexterity and ability to work comfortably under binocular magnification
- Strong organizational discipline and composure in detail-oriented manufacturing environments
